Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nail Curator is dedicated to ensuring that all customers have a great shopping experience. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers satisfied. Our philosophy and belief at Nail Curator is that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair to us.


As a general rule, we do not accept returns for hygienic reasons. This is why making sure you size your nails correctly prior to fixing is so important. However, Nail Curator will provide an exchange if the product is unused and undamaged with the original packaging and tags attached, and the return is initiated within 5 days of receiving your product. Please email and we will assist you from there. When Nail Curator’s warehouse accepts your return, they will process the exchange / refund for your order. For any questions / concerns regarding exchange, please email Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein, all sale of products that contain customization and/or personalization is final and cannot be returned. If we send you a wrong product, you will be eligible either for an exchange or refund (inclusive of shipping charges).


We aim to get it right the first time, which is why each set is checked 1-3 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel like you have received a damaged product, claims for the damaged item(s) must be done within 5 business working days of delivery. Please email a clear photo / video of you trying on the nails and your order # within 5 working days of receiving your package. Claims received after 5 days of delivery will not be processed. Please keep all damaged packaging materials, including the contents in the box along with the original box packaging. Packaging materials must be kept or we will be unable to process a damage claim with the carrier. Upon inspection, we will either offer you a replacement by giving you a coupon or a refund.


You may track your order at any time using the tracking number we provide to you after your order has been processed and shipped. Your product should reach you within 7 - 14 days, if not, earlier. If your product hasn’t been delivered to you within the stipulated time period, please reach out to

Incorrect address

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items. We understand that sometimes things can get lost along the way. If your package was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, but you have not received it, please make sure to double check that you have input the correct address in your initial order. If there is an error, your order is most likely on its way to us and we will ship it right back out to your correct address. If a package
is sent back due to an incorrect address you will have to pay to get your packaged re-shipped.

Stolen Items

Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen items. If your package was stolen, please email us at so we
can file a mail theft claim on your behalf with Ithink Logistics as well as a complaint should be filed by you with your local police station.


Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of submission. Please email with your order number if you wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours, the order has likely already been processed and may already be in route to you and can no longer be cancelled, only returned. Please note that as we try our best to process your orders as swiftly as possible, it may be difficult to make a cancellation even if we are notified within 24 hours. In that case, we will happily offer you a refund, i.e. inclusive of shipping / exchange for your order.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless otherwise stated. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
